A minimalist monochrome Christmas tree with geometric ornaments serves elegance and simplicity for the holiday season.
Forget flashing lights and rainbow kitsch; this style focuses on unity and harmony.
Think black, white, and silver. Geometric shapes add a contemporary flair, drawing awe without overwhelming your space.
Choosing geometric ornaments offers practical benefits. They are sleek and often lighter, reducing branch sagging. Streamlined designs ease storage and reuse, lessening waste.
However, finding the right pieces and maintaining the minimalist aesthetic can be challenging. Balance is key. A tree like this radiates modern sophistication.
2. Festive Terrarium Ornaments: Glitzy Scenes
Metallic and glass terrarium ornaments are sweeping the Christmas decor trends this year. Imagine elegant baubles filled with miniature wintery scenes. These pieces add a sophisticated sparkle to any tree.

So why not try adding a few of these to your tree this year? You’ll see the festive transformation instantly!
3. Citrus & Eucalyptus Wreath Inspiration
Consider adorning your door with a wreath made of dried citrus slices and eucalyptus. Not only do they smell great, but these pieces offer a natural, rustic charm.
The bright hues of the citrus against the pale green foliage lend a refreshing look to holiday decor.
One lovely aspect is the simplicity. Dried citrus and eucalyptus are easy to source and assemble, even for non-crafters. But be cautious: without proper drying, the citrus may mold.
Aim for evenly dried slices and refresh the eucalyptus sprigs to keep everything looking fresh.
4. Dazzling LED Starburst Centerpiece Ideas
Imagine your dining table shimmering with an LED fairy light starburst centerpiece. These twinkling bursts of light create a magical ambiance. Simple to install and energy-efficient, LED lights stay cool to touch.

6. Whimsical Snowflake Wall Art Ideas
Think big this holiday season with oversized paper snowflake wall art. Pastel hues, like blush pink or mint green, add a dreamy twist to traditional decor.
Easy to make, these snowflakes inject a whimsical charm. You don’t need expensive materials, just creativity and a dash of holiday spirit.
However, these delicate beauties can be flimsier than you’d hope. To combat this, choose a sturdier paper or even lightweight cardstock.
Perfect for busy areas and large walls, oversized snowflakes turn any space into a festive wonderland. Get those scissors ready and let the crafting magic unfold!

Where can you purchase the snow globe ornaments?
Hi Vivian, It’s a DIY project. I just updated the article with some of the supplies you will need. I would suggest gluing the figurines on a piece of cardboard (or something solid) to keep them in place, then put some fake snow in the sphere before closing it. You may also consider sticking the cardboard on the back of the globe, but this is not a necessity. You may also color the cardboard if you wish.
Where are the terrariums sold? Can’t find anywhere.
They are a DIY project
Hi. I love the gold and glass terrarium ornaments; if they are a DIY project, can you please detail that for us admirers? Thank you!!
Hi Judy, Thank you very much ❤️ I’m afraid that a detailed step by step how to article would take some time and Christmas is already very close (it may not be available before that). However the second version of the gold and glass terrariums is not too complicated to do: gather the required supplies (I linked some options in the article), then paint the shells with the desired metallic paint. Once dry, you can fill them up with the figurines/fake snow and close them. The figurines can be sticked directly inside the capsule or on a cardboard support that you will place/stick inside the shell. Those will have a more modern look compared to the ones in the article, which have antique finished paint (on YouTube there are several videos explaining various techniques for this). I hope that this helps.
Hi where can I find the wooden Scandinavian inspired houses? Thanks
Hi Valerie, those are a DIY project with plywood. Relatively easy to do, but it may take a bit of time.
